We are looking for an experienced HVAC Sheetmetal/Duct Superintendent who is looking to grow with the industry leader. The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the preparation and installation of large-scale commercial HVAC duct projects.

Position Duties
- Oversee multiple projects, and coordinate labor and materials with Project Managers and General Contractors
- Able to plan and schedule jobsite activities and work from a construction schedule
- Able to work off contract drawings, comprehend design intent, and ensure accurate installations
- Responsible for quality control of his/her workforce
- Inspects the jobsite to ensure a clean and safe working environment is maintained daily
- Has a good understanding of how to operate the equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Reviews and approves weekly team member time sheets
- Supervise sub-contractor activities
- Maintains constant communication with the Superintendent, Project Managers, and Strategic Business Unit Leader
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7 years of commercial duct experience
- 7 years of new construction experience
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- Must be able to read and interpret prints, layout, braze, and solder
- Display leadership and planning skills each day
- Work well under pressure and ensure the team meets all deadlines
- Ability to regularly lift 25 pounds
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
