Position Summary

Position Summary
The Electrical Journeyman is responsible for installing and completing high-quality electrical field work, in a safe and timely manner
Position Duties
- Must be organized, plan and coordinate work ahead of time
- Take direction from the Foreman/Superintendent on the work
- Participate in Daily safety huddles, JSA, JHA and requested jobsite meetings.
- Treat the client with highest degree of respect and work to develop a partnership environment
- Work as team member by assisting others where needed and follow a neat and process-oriented work style
- Be efficient with your time and materials while ensuring top quality electrical installations
- Ability to communicate effectively on any issues or room for improvement
- Responsible for managing and maintaining all Kilgore tools
- Current TX Electrician Journeyman license
- Knowledge of electrical safety, NEC and NFPA 70E
- Punctual, motivated and detail oriented
- Possess strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work well and with others. Assist and train other team members.
- Willingness to learn for personal growth and leadership
- Positive attitude and demonstrated character traits that align with the Kilgore Way.
- Willing to travel as needed
