- Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX for Electrical Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices. Foremen will lead electrical crews, coordinate daily work plans, oversee installation of electrical systems, ensure safety and code compliance, and communicate progress with project management and other trades. Journeymen will install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, read and interpret plans and schematics, mentor apprentices, and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to company standards. Apprentices will assist with installing conduit, wiring, fixtures, and equipment under supervision, support material handling and site housekeeping, learn to read drawings, and follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
