Position Summary
The Commercial Service Consultant is responsible for developing commercial service opportunities with building owners,
facility managers, property managers, contractors, and existing Kilgore customers.
This role focuses on identifying service needs, scheduling facility reviews, supporting maintenance agreement opportunities,
following up on open leads, and helping customers understand the value of planned service, responsive support, and
repair/replacement planning.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate is driven, organized, coachable, and comfortable speaking with customers. This person does not need to
know everything about HVAC or MEP on day one, but must be willing to learn, follow up consistently, and build trust with
customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new commercial service opportunities through prospecting, referrals, existing relationships, service call
- Build relationships with facility managers, building owners, property managers, contractors, and other commercial
- Help uncover customer needs related to HVAC service, preventive maintenance, aging equipment, comfort issues,
- Schedule and support facility reviews with service managers and operations.
- Present Kilgore Response, Kilgore Assurance, and other service solutions where appropriate.
- Follow up consistently on leads, proposals, customer questions, and next steps.
- Maintain accurate customer activity, opportunity status, and follow-up dates in the company CRM.
- Work with service managers, estimators, and operations to support customer needs and move opportunities forward.
- Meet activity, pipeline, sales, and gross margin goals.

Qualifications
- 1-5 years of sales, account management, business development, construction, service, facilities, or related experience
- HVAC, mechanical, MEP, construction, property management, or facility services experience preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to prospect, build relationships, and manage multiple opportunities.
- Comfortable working with service managers, estimators, and operations teams.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
