Our growing dental practice is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Front Office & Dental Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing the appointment book to ensure a smooth, efficient daily workflow for our hygienist and dentist.
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and check-ins.
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule patient appointments.
- Optimize the daily schedule to meet production goals.
- Minimize schedule gaps by managing the cancellation list.
- Confirm upcoming appointments via phone, email, or text.
- Verify dental insurance benefits and update patient records.
- Collect co-pays and process patient payments at check-out
- Experience: 2 years of dental front office experience (Required).
- Software: Proficiency with Dentrix, (Required).
- Bilingual (Preferred)
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and phone etiquette.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
