Kilgore, a Summit Material company, is looking for an Aggregate Plant Maintenance / Mechanic. This position is responsible for maintenance, mechanical repair and troubleshooting of our various aggregate plants.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintenance activities including preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, equipment repairs and installations to ensure maximum uptime and productivity
- Responsible for optimizing maintenance costs
- Responsible for preventative, predictive and corrective plant equipment maintenance Reviews operation of plant equipment and systems to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate problems and to identify opportunities for improvement
- Looks for ways to improve efficiency and / or reduce operating costs
