Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such and OpenTable
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision and integrity
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns swiftly
Requirements
- over 21 year's old
- need 2-3 years Japanese sushi restaurant experience
- Familiarity with POS systems including clover and OpenTable for order processing
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy service periods
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards
- Experience in culinary environments or kitchen operations is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency for cash handling, and the ability to upsell menu items confidently
