Store Manager Job Description
As a KIKO Ambassador you will be responsible for driving customer experience, sales and business KPIs for the store in line with the KIKO Brand Strategy by leading and coaching the staff and ensuring all procedures are managed and adhered to. Your leadership will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational excellence. What you’ll do
- Lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to foster development and enhance skills.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and drive foot traffic to the store.
- Handle payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks to maintain financial integrity.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient transaction processing and cash handling.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
Basic qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager with strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
Preferred qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for enhancing customer interactions.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and supervising employees within a retail setting.
