This is more than a Beauty Advisor role—it's an opportunity to become the face of one of Europe's leading beauty brands, inspire customers through artistry and service, and help create an unforgettable shopping destination in the heart of SoHo.

Position Overview

As a Beauty Advisor, you'll be a KIKO MILANO Brand Ambassador, creating meaningful connections with every customer through exceptional service, product expertise, and a passion for beauty. You'll inspire confidence by helping customers discover products and looks that reflect their unique style while delivering an elevated shopping experience that keeps them coming back.

Whether you're demonstrating the latest makeup techniques, sharing skincare expertise, or introducing customers to our newest collections, you'll play a key role in bringing the KIKO MILANO brand to life every day.

What You'll Do

Create Exceptional Customer Experiences

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for beauty.
• Deliver personalized consultations by identifying customer needs and recommending products tailored to their individual style and routine.
• Demonstrate makeup application techniques and share product knowledge that inspires confidence and drives sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and authentic brand storytelling.
• Consistently represent the KIKO MILANO brand through your appearance, artistry, and customer interactions.

Drive Sales & Business Performance

• Support store sales goals by delivering an elevated customer experience and achieving individual performance targets.
• Confidently cross-sell and recommend complementary products to enhance every customer's beauty routine.
• Complete all BeKIKO training modules, product education, and development programs to stay current on new launches, artistry techniques, and service standards.
• Share customer insights, product feedback, and business opportunities with store leadership to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Support in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities that build excitement around the KIKO brand.

Champion Operational Excellence

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards throughout the store.
• Ensure displays are clean, organized, fully stocked, and aligned with KIKO MILANO brand standards.
• Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Stay informed on emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide customers with expert recommendations.
• Depending on business needs, support the development of new team members as a Beauty Tutor by sharing artistry knowledge and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in beauty, cosmetics, fashion, or specialty retail preferred.
• Passion for makeup, skincare, beauty trends, and creating memorable customer experiences.
• Experience with makeup application, beauty consultations, or product demonstrations preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine customer relationships.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a customer-focused retail environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team mindset.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation Transparency

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $18.50–$20.00 per hour, plus eligibility for commission and performance incentives. This range does not include additional benefits such as overtime, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, or other company-sponsored programs. Full compensation and benefits details will be shared during the interview process.
