KIKO MILANO is seeking a Logistics Director to lead all warehouse operations and inventory management across North America, ensuring seamless product flow across e-commerce, retail stores, and wholesale channels.
This role is responsible for overseeing our 3PL network, maintaining inventory accuracy and health, managing transportation and freight costs, and ensuring efficient movement of inventory. The Logistics Director will play a critical role in supporting commercial growth, enabling product availability, and driving operational excellence across an omnichannel beauty business.
This role will partner closely with our global supply chain team across planning, logistics and IT to align on global processes and systems integrations, ensuring North America operations are fully integrated within the broader global framework.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across the 3PL network, ensuring strong execution, scalability, and service levels across all channels.
- Own inventory management and accuracy, including stock integrity, cycle counting, reconciliation, and obsolescence mitigation.
- Oversee all product movement, including inbound shipments, outbound fulfilment, and intercompany - store transfers.
- Drive transportation and freight strategy, managing carrier performance and optimizing costs while maintaining service levels.
- Manage 3PL partners, including performance tracking, service level agreement adherence, capability development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support retail operations by ensuring efficient replenishment and transfer flows to free-standing stores, maintaining strong in-stock levels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Commercial, Finance, and IT to align inventory flow with business priorities
- Partner with the HQ Operations Department to drive continuous alignment on inventory flows, order planning, and customers demand, while jointly defining operational ways of working and being updated on evolution of the WMS.
- Establish and monitor KPIs across fill rate, OTIF, inventory accuracy, and cost-to-serve, driving accountability across partners.
- Identify and implement process improvements across warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation.
- Proactively identify operational risks and capacity constraints, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of experience in logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain, preferably within beauty, fashion, or CPG retail environments.
- Proven experience managing 3PL warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, inventory control, and returns.
- Deep expertise in 3PL warehouse operations, including end-to-end process flows, WMS platforms, ERP integrations, warehouse automation systems, EDI optimization and emerging technologies that enhance operational visibility and scalability.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel distribution (retail stores, e-commerce, and wholesale).
- Experience managing transportation and freight spend, with the ability to balance cost and service effectively.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, less structured environment, building processes and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and external partners.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
