What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager position at KIKO MILANO?
BUSINESS CONTROLLING
- Work with the Country Director to ensure programmatic success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual requirements.
- Manage the accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
- Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organisation including organisational revenue and expenses including balance sheet reports, development and monitoring of all budgets within the country.
- Provide support to the Retail Team with reports, controls, analysis and advice, in order to achieve the commercial and financial objectives established. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the organisation.
- Build new reporting framework for individual partner P&L and update monthly flash results.
- Support HQ Controlling team in providing data for US results including supporting schedules.
- Liaise with HR and Retail teams in producing labour cost analysis & productivity reports.
- Analyse property portfolio e.g. occupancy costs, EBITDA trend, store EBITDA (financial impact).
- Stock control (movements/reserves).
- Review and approve all Month End Tax and Performance Reports.
REPORTING
- Maintain Chart of Accounts and Trial Balance/SAP/Tagetik.
- Report financial results to the Country Director & CFO and the Executive Management team.
- Produce Monthly Group Accounts with supporting schedules.
- Other ad-hoc project as required.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
