What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Mechanic - 3rd Shift position at KIKKOMAN FOODS INC?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot, repair and rebuild equipment.
- Operate boilers.
- Preventive maintenance (PM) work on any kind of equipment.
- Preparation of necessary parts, tools, material for repair, PM, projects and contractor support.
- Consultation and adjustment with department involved when required, for repair, PM, projects and contractor support
- All the periodical checking work as requested by Maintenance Management.
- Proper operation of utility equipment as well as necessary checking work, filling up necessary chemicals, related paperwork, and etc.
- Proper operation of detection/alarm devices/systems as well as necessary checking work and paper work including communication with related authorities.
- Follow requirements relating to HACCP/GMP /SQF, Safety or ISO standards including all necessary paperwork as requested by Maintenance Management.
- Cleaning and maintaining neat and tidy where maintenance department is in charge in our premises
- Comply with all departmental & company-wide food safety policies and procedures.
- “Call in” duties as requested by Maintenance Management
- Any other tasks requested by Maintenance Management.
Salary : $57,590 - $73,192
