Essential Job Functions Candidate must be able to perform the duties of a batch operator in the manufacturing of various chemicals in a plant setting. Mix and blend chemicals via batch ticket. Perform quality checks such as titration, filter testing, and water hardness testing on the product batched. Manage raw material via forklift truck. Perform minor mechanical repairs (gasket replacements, processing piping PM etc.) in the area Complete appropriate paperwork, communicate via email shift status Carefully follow guidelines for wastewater treatment and disposal of wastewater. Comply with all OSHA Hazard Materials Procedures to safely handle chemicals Follow Safety/GMP guidelines Participate in the site emergency response team \

Qualifications 2-3 years hand on experience with liquid chemical plant batch process. Forklift truck qualified or ability to be trained. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, math skills in addition to advanced computer skills (Word/Excel). Ability to work safely, carefully and follow strict guidelines. Must pass pre-employment Drug Screen and Background check
