Your schedule will consistently revolve around a Monday - Friday framework, including rotating Saturdays from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. - Uplift departmental goals around safety, quality, and production efficiencies that look beyond simple budget adherence
- Coordinate impactful productivity projects, blending talents from varied shifts and functions
- Advance systems that champion employee communication, technological transfer and boost morale
- Instill continuous improvement philosophies that curtail waste and elevate cycle efficiencies
- Sustain excellence across delivery and quality arenas, surpass many operational benchmarks
- Engage in effective dialogues with production units about staffing, scheduling, and capacity determinations
- Explore vast potentials in equipment performance advancements through analysis
- Oversee and drive both individual and team performance towards nurturing professional growth
- Force leaps in rapid problem-solving and root cause narratives direct from the production grounds
- Conquer targets related to cost reduction, quality enhancement, and ergonomic comfort
- Embrace EH&S hazard identification critical to operational safety protocols
- Sculpt and refine processes into standardized workflows for optimal benefits
- Travel commitment is approx. 10% based on business imperatives
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally within Engineering domains, a requisite
- A professional record extending beyond 5 years within manufacturing initiatives laden with lean principles
- Leadership depth evidenced over half a decade, propelling team synergy and achievement
- Sharp awareness of packaging/co-packaging and chemical plant competencies
- Masterful execution of plant procedures and organizational prowess
- Precision in communication, coupled with being an organized team cooperative
- Attuned to detail, avid at juggling various tasks within a bustling setting
- Proficiency in operating autonomously and liaising smoothly with diverse echelons in the organization
- Experienced with integrated/computer-linked manufacturing schema; JDE expertise is favored
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, excelling at Excel crucial
- Analytical strength, enhanced investigation and solution-crafting abilities
- Experience within Lean or 5S frameworks, a valuable addition
