What’s the role?
On our 2nd shift team (Monday–Friday, 4:00 pm–2:30 am; OT as needed), you’ll supervise maintenance operations across assembly and packaging lines—inspecting, testing, and monitoring assets, then directing fast, high-quality repairs and replacements to keep production on plan.

What will you lead?
- People and performance: direct the maintenance workforce, stay present on the floor, and recognize strong results while addressing issues promptly.
- Safety and compliance: ensure work is executed safely and efficiently; enforce environmental regulations and company standards.
- Planning and partnerships: align with the production planner to schedule work; collaborate with plant and production leaders to enable operator care.
- Talent development: work with the Maintenance Manager to verify craftsmen are trained and qualified for every assigned task.
- Reliability mindset: push proactive maintenance—robust PMs and predictive tactics—over reactive firefighting.
- Systems ownership: manage the CMMS, track backlog and PM compliance, and use data to drive decisions.
- Sourcing and vendor management: purchase supplies and parts; obtain competitive bids for equipment; qualify and oversee contractors and shop standards.
- Turnarounds and budget: build repeatable standards for major overhauls/outages and manage the maintenance budget responsibly.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred.
- 3 years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
- 2 years of supervisory or people-lead experience.
- Hands-on experience with assembly line machinery and PLC programming.
- Excellent reading, writing, and math aptitude.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organization and mechanical know-how; blueprint literacy.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Clear, confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven influence shifting teams from reactive to proactive maintenance.
- Willing to work off-shift hours as needed.

- Base salary: $90,000–$100,000, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus or commission target (final offer depends on your skills and experience).
