The RoleWe are seeking a new Attorney with 2-4 years of experience in Insurance Defense to join our team. Your role will be to defend a variety of matters in our growing New York, NY practice.
What You Will DoDefend a Variety of Insurance Defense matters as well as:
- General Liability
- Personal Injury
- Product Liability
- Professional Liability
Our ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills:
- Experience with Employment Law and/or Healthcare Law.
- Experience with environmental and/or construction Litigation.
- Experience writing motions and other legal memoranda, summarizing depositions, and trial preparation is preferred.
- The ability to work independently from suit inception to settlement/trial is preferred.
- Juris Doctorate Degree (J.D.).
- Active New York License (Required)
