We are seeking a new Mid-Level Attorney with 5 year of Civil Litigation Defense to join our team. Your role will be to defend a variety of Civil matters in our growing Garden City, NY practice.

Responsibilities:

As an Attorney at our firm, you will:

Handle a variety of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct legal research, analyze data, and develop strategies for cases.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.

Qualifications:

We are looking for an attorney who possesses:

A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a valid New York State Bar License.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation.
Strong legal research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A commitment to delivering outstanding legal services to our clients.

Required Licensure:

Active New York State Bar License (Required).
Active New Jersey State Bar, and/or ability to transfer UBE scores (Preferred).
Being able to waive into the New Jersey Bar and having multiple bars is ideal, however, we are willing to consider candidates with only one bar.

Salary Range:

$100,000 – $150,000 annually
