Company Description
Kieffer's Appliances, a 4th generation family-owned business established in 1917 is looking for an outside sales representative for its wholesale business. The qualified candidate will be required to call on prospective accounts to generate new and repeat wholesale business. The candidate will join an existing staff of 10 other trade sales reps.
Job Description
Calling on wholesale accounts: ( kitchen & bath dealers, builders, interior designers, architects) at their place of business)
Reviewing Architectural plans for estimating and bidding purposes
Sales Territory: PA, NJ, DE MD
Coordinate sales between trade accounts
Responsible for product training of accounts, sale of major appliances and arranging customer service
Must have car for travel, mileage/expenses will be reimbursed
Quarterly Annual Bonus Program
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of prior sales experience, preferably in a outside sales position
Estimating Skills, experience reviewing Architectural plans
Excellent Selling Skills; ability to cold-call for new business
Personable demeanor, quality customer service and follow-through
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: including Word and Excel
