Daily Responsibilities
- Contact customers who have submitted online inquiries.
- Respond quickly to calls, texts, emails, and internet leads.
- Build relationships and earn customer trust.
- Schedule appointments with prospective buyers.
- Follow up with existing customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
- Work closely with our sales and management teams.
- Deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation through the vehicle purchase.
