Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
- Support positive behavior and help maintain a welcoming, structured classroom environment
- Care for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers—this includes feeding, diapering/toileting, and offering comfort when needed
- Keep daycare spaces clean, organized, and inviting
- Communicate kindly and professionally with parents about their child’s day
- Work as part of a supportive team to provide high-quality care and early learning experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred
- A passion for working with young children
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and communicate effectively with families
- Dependable, patient, and willing to learn
