About the Position
We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Child Care Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, creating a positive learning environment, and helping support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children and ensure their safety at all times
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities
- Assist with meals, snacks, hygiene, and daily routines
- Encourage positive behavior and social interaction
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom or childcare area
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff
- Follow all safety procedures and childcare regulations
- Monitor children’s behavior and developmental progress
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous childcare experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay: From $10.00 per hour
