Duties
- Supervise children during afterschool hours, ensuring their safety and adherence to program rules
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities, including tutoring, arts, sports, and outdoor play
- Manage classroom behavior using effective behavior management techniques to foster a respectful environment
- Ativities that promote teamwork, leadership, and social skills development
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and other caregivers to communicate progress and address any concerns or behavioral issues
Pay: $11.50 - $12.50 per hour
