Kidz Zone Learning Academy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and safety-minded Van Driver to join our team! Our drivers play an important role in making sure our children get where they need to go safely and on time while providing a positive start and end to their school day.
This is a part-time split-shift position, perfect for someone looking for consistent weekday hours with a break in the middle of the day.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
Morning: 6:30 AM–8:30 AM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM–4:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport children to and from local schools and Kidz Zone
- Complete assigned morning and afternoon routes safely and on time
- Provide friendly and appropriate supervision while children are in your care
- Ensure children are properly seated and secured before driving
- Complete required transportation and attendance records
- Perform routine vehicle safety checks
- Keep your assigned van clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with children, school staff, and Kidz Zone team members
- Follow all Kidz Zone transportation and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Previous experience driving children or working in a childcare/school environment is highly preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Comfortable working with and supervising children
