We are seeking a Lead 2 yr. old Teacher who is passionate about working with children and has experience in nannying, babysitting, caregiving, and classroom management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and be able to manage behavior effectively. Minimum qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma/GED
- Must have CDA and working towards associates degree in Early Childhood ( start working on within no later than 1 year of employment)
- No less than 2 year's experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- Must be able to work M-F full-time
- Have reliable transportation
- Have a record of prompt attendance
- Able to pass a Federal criminal background check.
- Possess a gift for teaching and a love for early childhood education.
- Must be able to work alone with up to 12 children
- Must be able to prepare and implement curriculum
- Must be able to communicate with parents both verbal and written
- Must be computer literate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
