Fun, fast-paced, active cleaning position with Kidwell’s Kleaning in Frederick, MD! The average day includes cleaning approximately 2 homes and making customers extremely happy through maintenance, deep, and move-in/move-out cleanings. Training starts at $18/hr. for approximately 7 days, then $21–$30/hr. based on performance (you control how much you make!). Enjoy easy tips through our tipping app plus $3.50 fuel reimbursement per home. We are one of the highest-paying cleaning companies in the area and are looking for mature, self-driven, reliable individuals with great attitudes, strong attention to detail, and a love for cleaning. Must have a reliable vehicle, access to a washer and dryer (for weekly cloth laundering), and be able to bend, stand, stretch, vacuum, dust, mop, and lift up to 30 lbs. Schedule starts at 7:45 AM and typically ends between 3:00–5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Scrub, dust, vacuum, and mop, general and deep cleaning of residential homes and offices
