What are the responsibilities and job description for the Austin Customer Service Representative position at KIDVENTURE INCORPORATED?

Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service to current and potential Kidventure families by email and phone
- Assisting with camp registration and payment
- Reconciling accounts, data entry, and report processing
- Supply organization and distribution
- Create and send out newsletters
- This is a full-time position starting April 1st, (35-40 hrs/wk). Candidates should be available full-time for office-based work starting in April 1st through August 7, 2026 with the potential for extending to mid-August.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service background
- Quick learner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must feel comfortable communicating over the phone and email
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva application
- Familiarity with the entire Austin area, and the ability to help guide parents to the right camp location based on their geographic needs
- Availability between 7 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. for the duration of their employment (shifts fall within this time frame)
Salary : $17 - $18
