What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Soccer Coach position at KidsUnited?

As a KidsUnited coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on children during the most important stage of their development years. Not only will you help children develop, but through our ongoing training you can reach your full coaching potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Training children ages 1.5-10yrs old, max 12 children per class, must be able to work with every age group
- Understanding the sport and being able to correct/critique players
- Capable of following and understanding KidsUnited training sessions
- Consistently giving parent feedback about their child's progress as well as keeping accurate records of feedback
- Communicating with parents about the purpose of each session and core focuses
- Ensure health and safety precautions are observed during all activities
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the facility clean
Experience:
6 months or more as an assistant youth coach or 1 year working with children
MUST HAVE SOCCER EXPERIENCE (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.49 - $25.00 per hour
