Help launch KidsUnited Woburn, a brand-new indoor kids' soccer center opening December 4 at 240 W Cummings Park. We're hiring an outgoing, people-focused Sales & Member Experience Associate to help local families discover KidsUnited and give kids and parents a great experience every visit.
KidsUnited helps kids ages 1.5–9 build confidence, coordination and life skills through fun, soccer-based classes at 55 clubs across the U.S. and Canada.
What You'll Do
- Respond quickly to new inquiries and book free trial classes
- Follow up with families by phone, text and email
- Guide families from trial class to membership, with a friendly approach and no hard selling
- Greet families at the front desk and help with schedules, sign-ups and payments
- Keep family info and follow-ups up to date in our CRM
- Book and host weekend birthday parties
- Help with community events, outreach and our referral program
What Success Looks Like
- Every new inquiry gets a fast, friendly reply
- Families who try a class sign up and stay
- Parents feel welcome and remember your name
- You keep the Center Manager in the loop and follow-ups never slip
Schedule & Pay
- $18–$21/hour based on experience, plus a bonus for every new membership
- About 15–25 hours/week: two weekday evenings one weekend day required
- Front desk hours roughly 3:00–8:00pm weekdays and 8:30am–2:30pm weekends
What We're Looking For
- Outgoing, confident communicator who enjoys talking with parents
- Some sales or customer-facing experience (retail, gym, front desk, restaurant, camps)
- Organized and reliable: you follow through without being reminded
- Comfortable in a busy, energetic space full of kids
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Bonus Points If You
- Speak Spanish
- Have worked in youth sports, fitness, childcare or education
- Have sold memberships (gym, studio, kids' activities)
