Assistant Club Manager at Indoor Soccer Club

Kids United is a one of a kind indoor soccer training club for kids 2-9 years old!

We’re searching for a results-driven, hands-on leader for the Assistant Club Manager position. This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven, high-performance team that combines passion for soccer with children development in a fun, vibrant, family-centered environment. We are looking for an individual who doesn't mind traveling amongst our three facilities located in Lyndhurst, Teaneck, and Watchung.

As Assistant Club Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind our club’s success—overseeing operations and staff, leading sales, and ensuring a best-in-class member experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and exceed sales, revenue, and operational targets
• Lead all front-end sales efforts and drive membership growth
• Onboard, train, and schedule front desk staff
• Manage, develop, and evaluate team performance; foster a culture of accountability and positivity
• Ensure all team members deliver top-tier customer service
• Handle escalated member concerns with professionalism and sound decision-making
• Coordinate marketing and outreach programs to build community presence
• Model KidsUnited values and lead by example in all aspects of club operations

Required Experience & Skills:

• 2-3 years of sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding goals
• 2-3 years in management and leadership
• Background in fitness clubs, children’s programs, or related industries
• High school diploma required
• Proficiency with computers including email, excel, google docs, word, required.
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly reliable individual with a strong history of coming to work on time and few call outs
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with high personal integrity
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Feels comfortable traveling and rotating amongst our three clubs located in Lyndhurst, Teaneck, and Watchung
