About The Role

Are you energetic and passionate about helping kids grow? KidStrong is looking for Coaches who love creating fun, engaging experiences for children. As a Coach, you'll lead our curriculum and make a lasting impact on the kids and families in our community.

What You'll Do

• Lead fun, high-energy classes that build brain, physical and character skills in kids from crawling age to 11 years old.
• Understand the purpose behind KidStrong's programs and explain it clearly to kids and parents.
• Earn KidStrong Coach Certification and keep building your skills through our ongoing training.
• Create positive experiences for families before, during and after class.
• Keep classes running smoothly and on time.
• Keep families engaged and excited about their child's progress at KidStrong.
• Coach classes, camps, movie nights and other center events as needed.
• Support community events and center initiatives.
• Help keep the center clean, organized and well maintained.
  
  

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for working with children (required).
• Coaching, teaching or childcare experience with kids from walking age to 11 years old.
• Confidence and clear communication with parents and guardians.
• High energy and an engaging presence in every class.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to mentor and support fellow coaches.
• CPR certification, or willingness to get certified.

Compensation: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
