Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Growth
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
- Lead follow-up, outreach, and conversion efforts
- Deliver a confident, consultative sales experience
- Drive membership growth through strong execution and consistency
- Support community events and partnerships
- Help ensure the center runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard
- Stay on top of key priorities so nothing falls through the cracks
- Build strong relationships with members and families
- Support scheduling, organization, and daily execution
- Lead by example and help set the tone for the team
- Coach and support team members to improve performance
- Address issues directly and proactively
- Communicate clearly and consistently with both team and ownership
- Coach classes and support programming when needed
- Deliver structured, high-energy classes
- Build strong relationships with families and communicate program value
- Proven sales ability (comfortable closing and following up)
