About KidStrong

KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids ages walking through 11 years old. Our science-based, coach-led programs help kids build Strong Minds, Strong Bodies, and Strong Character.

We are a fast-growing, high-energy center in Wilmington, NC, looking for a driven, high-ownership Manager to help lead our team, grow our membership, and deliver an exceptional experience for kids and families.

About The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role at the center of our operation. You’ll take ownership of sales performance, support daily operations, and help lead the team to a high standard.

This is not an “order-taker” role. This is for someone who:

• Takes initiative without being asked

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close
• Lead follow-up, outreach, and conversion efforts
• Deliver a confident, consultative sales experience
• Drive membership growth through strong execution and consistency
• Support community events and partnerships
  
  

Operations

• Help ensure the center runs smoothly, efficiently, and at a high standard
• Stay on top of key priorities so nothing falls through the cracks
• Build strong relationships with members and families
• Support scheduling, organization, and daily execution
  
  

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead by example and help set the tone for the team
• Coach and support team members to improve performance
• Address issues directly and proactively
• Communicate clearly and consistently with both team and ownership
  
  

Coaching (as needed)

• Coach classes and support programming when needed
• Deliver structured, high-energy classes
• Build strong relationships with families and communicate program value
