Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping kids develop foundational life skills? Do you love creating fun and engaging experiences for children? If so, KidStrong wants you to join our team as a KidStrong Coach! As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. We are also looking for developed coaches who go above and beyond to grow into leadership positions.

What You’ll Do:

• Coach Like a Pro: Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
• Master of Curriculum: Understand the magic behind KidStrong's programs and communicate it with flair.
• Have a growth mindset and be willing to constantly refine your skills: Achieve Coach Certification and keep leveling up your skills with our training programs
• Family Friendly: Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class – you’re the reason they love KidStrong!
• Class Commander: Ensure classes run smoothly and on time, every time. No tardy bells here!
• Family Connector: Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong. Think of yourself as the social glue that keeps everyone together.
• Master of all: Coach class, camps, movie nights, and anything else your center leaders might ask for
• Must be driven, motivated, and reliable.
• Must be a good teammate to your co-workers with ability to collaborate and communicate

Center Operations:

• Event Enthusiast: Assist in community events and center initiatives.
• Clean: Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of our center.
• Taking pride in your work and your space

We want to hear from people who have a:

• Passion for Kids: Non-negotiable. You must love working with children.
• Communication: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians.
• Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class.
• Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR Certified: Or Willingness to get it. Safety First!
