Sales Leadership
Sales is the heartbeat of our business.
Our General Manager leads all membership sales efforts and creates a culture where every family receives an exceptional experience from their first phone call through becoming long-term members.
Responsibilities include:
- Owning monthly membership goals and center performance.
- Following up with every lead through calls, texts, and emails.
- Conducting tours and enrollment appointments.
- Tracking sales metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Creating local marketing initiatives and community partnerships.
- Attending community events and representing the KidStrong brand.
- Inspiring the team to embrace sales as serving families—not selling to them.

Leadership

You'll:
- Recruit, hire, and develop exceptional coaches.
- Create a positive, accountable, and fun team culture.

Center Operations
You'll oversee every aspect of daily operations, including:
- Monitoring KPIs and business performance.
- Scheduling and staffing.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming facility.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ensuring operational excellence every day.
Coaching
Although this is primarily a leadership role, our General Managers stay connected to our mission by coaching several classes each week.
You'll:
- Coach approximately 3–5 classes weekly.
- Deliver KidStrong's curriculum with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Celebrate children's milestones.
- Complete KidStrong Coach Certification.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- 2 years of leadership or management experience.
- Proven success in sales, business development, retail management, hospitality, fitness, or customer service leadership.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and social media.
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience working with children is a plus, but leadership, sales ability, and a passion for helping families are what matter most.

Additional Requirements
This position requires an active, hands-on leader who is comfortable coaching classes, demonstrating movements, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary.
Employment is contingent upon successfully completing all required pre-employment screenings, including background checks and any required clearances necessary to work with children.
