Role Description

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our KidStrong center in Fairlawn, OH. This is a full-time, on-site role involving oversight of daily operations, staff management, customer engagement, and driving business growth. The General Manager will ensure an excellent experience for KidStrong families while maintaining high operational standards. Key responsibilities include recruiting and managing a team of coaches, overseeing scheduling, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management: Experience in team leadership, staff training, and performance evaluation
• Customer Service and Relationship Building: Strong background in fostering client relationships and ensuring a high-quality customer experience
• Business Operations: Proficiency in managing budgets, driving revenue growth, and overseeing operational processes
• Organizational and Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and meet deadlines
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients
• Passion for Child Development: A genuine enthusiasm for working with families and positively influencing children's growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership role at a fitness, educational, or kids-related service organization is a plus
