Pre-Opening Responsibilities
- Support presale efforts and local outreach to grow founding memberships
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding the coaching team
- Complete KidStrong University training and certification
- Help prepare the center for a successful grand opening
Center Operations
- Help oversee daily center operations and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Build strong relationships with KidStrong families and ensure exceptional customer experience
- Support scheduling, staffing, and operational processes
- Assist with camps, events, and birthday parties
- Manage and follow up with leads in the CRM
- Convert leads into memberships through tours and conversations with families
- Participate in local events and outreach to grow brand awareness and membership
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of the coaching team
- Help maintain KidStrong culture and coaching standards
- Provide feedback and mentorship to coaches to ensure high-quality classes
- Lead KidStrong classes when needed (approximately 5–10 hours per week)
- Deliver KidStrong’s curriculum focused on Brain, Physical, and Character development
- Ensure a safe, energetic, and engaging environment for kids ages walking –11 years old
- Passion for working with kids and families
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Athletic, coaching, education, or child-development background is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work an active role that includes movement, lifting equipment, and leading classes
- Positive, energetic leader who leads by example
- Strong communicator with a team-first mindset
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn
