This part-time leadership role serves as the primary sales driver within the center while helping coach and support the management team. The Lead Sales Representative is accountable for lead management, trial bookings, trial conversions, and member retention while ensuring every family receives a world-class experience. In addition, this position will act as a manager on duty when a General Manager or Assistant General Manager is not present in the center. We expect that in this role, the Lead Sales Representative will split their time between coaching (10-15 hours per week) and Sales/Lobby time (15-20 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Enrollment
- Own the lead management process from inquiry through enrollment.
- Respond to all leads quickly through phone calls, text messages, email, and CRM follow-up.
- Schedule and confirm trials.
- Conduct center tours and present the KidStrong program to prospective families.
- Convert trials into memberships while achieving and exceeding enrollment goals.
- Execute follow-up campaigns for missed trials, inactive leads, and former members.
- Generate referrals and community partnerships to support enrollment growth.
- Serve as the sales leader and role model for the center.
- Assist the General Manager with sales training, coaching, and accountability.
- Help ensure team members follow customer service standards.
- Monitor daily sales activity, conversion rates, and enrollment performance.
- Support center operations during peak business hours.
- Build strong relationships with families and children.
- Ensure families feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their KidStrong journey.
- Address questions, concerns, and membership-related requests promptly.
- Support retention efforts through proactive communication and relationship-building.
- Assist with member events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and membership management systems.
- Track lead activity, trial attendance, and enrollment results.
- Process membership agreements and account updates.
- Complete assigned reports and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Required
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, youth programs, retail, hospitality, or membership-based businesses.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Passion for working with families and helping children succeed.
