Part-time | $15–$21/hour | Fuquay-Varina, NC
Location: 1864 Broad Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526
Required availability:
Weekday evenings, 3:30–7:30 p.m.
Weekend mornings/early afternoons, 8:45 a.m.–2 p.m.
Weekday morning 9:00 a.m.–12 p.m. Available but not required.
You must be available at least 10 hours per week. Roughly 3 days a week for regular classes.
Work 1 Birthday Party per month

Work 1 Parents Night out per month

We help kids win at life through a science-based curriculum that builds Brain, Body, and Character. As a coach, you’ll turn every class into an adventure, celebrating brave first tries, teaching new skills, and making kids excited to come back.
What You’ll Do
- Lead fun, high-energy, 45-minute classes for kids through age 11.
- Demonstrate movements, teach proper technique, and keep kids safe.
- Build relationships with kids and families, and celebrate each child’s progress.
- Prepare for classes, track attendance and achievements, and complete ongoing training.
- Help with camps, parties, and Parents’ Night Out events.
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Love working with kids and bring energy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Feel comfortable leading a room full of kids and parents.
- Are dependable, coachable, and ready to learn.
- Enjoy active work, including demonstrating movements and moving equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Have CPR/AED certification or are willing to obtain it before your first class.
Bonus points: Experience in coaching, athletics, PE, child development, or pediatric OT/PT.
