What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Daycare Worker / Teacher position at Kidsprout Child Development Center?
We are a Daycare Center located in Sarver, Pa who loves to perform hands-on learning with the children. The age range of our kids vary from infant all the way up to 12 years old. Our center is open Monday thru Friday 7am - 5:30pm (Weekends off).
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Direct hands-on interaction with children
- Implementing a pre-planned curriculum
- Strictly follows guidelines established by the daycare center and DHS
- Complete job tasks as assigned by teachers
- Maintain a clean and safe working space for children
- Being able to multi-task between different activities
- Assist in children's hygiene with toiletry needs, diaper changing and hand-washing
- Have fun with the children
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Dependable, creative, and energetic individual
- Prior experience with young children (Preferred)
- Knowledge with potty training (Preferred)
- Clearances (Preferred)
- Must pass background check, physical, TB shots, and any other requirements as stated from DHS
