Behavior Technician (Future RBT) – Join Our Team!
Do you love working with children, making a difference, and having fun while you work?
We're looking for energetic, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our ABA therapy team as a Behavior Technician (BT). No prior ABA experience is required—we will provide training and support you in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children with autism in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment. Your day may include:
- Playing games and engaging in activities that teach important skills
- Helping children improve communication and social interactions
- Celebrating milestones and successes, big and small
- Following treatment plans developed by our clinical team
- Collecting simple data on client progress
- Working closely with BCBAs and experienced team members who will support your growth
- Growth opportunities include advancing to RBT, RBT level two and Lead RBT.
