Job Summary
The RN Crisis Nurse will, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON), provide nursing care to clients as outlined in section 2 of the NC "Article 9A. Nursing Practice Act" and rules of the NC Board of Nursing. The RN Crisis Nurse will be serving children and adolescents with behavioral and mental health crisis.
Qualifications (Education, Training and Experiences)
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing and current North Carolina RN Licensure required.
One year nursing experience preferred.
Must attend 12 hours of Person Centered Thinking training prior to or within 90 days of hire.
The candidate must pass the criminal record history clearance and a child abuse clearance and any other required clearances as well as possess a valid driver's license.
LSCI, SCM, Ukeru training as appropriate for position.
