At our Graham Lake Residential Program, we provide a supportive and structured environment where emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth can thrive and grow.
What You'll Do:
As a Residential Childcare Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of the children and teens we support by:
- Providing consistent supervision and support in a safe, therapeutic environment
- Building positive, trusting relationships with youth
- Helping implement individualized treatment plans and daily routines
- Promoting emotional development, healthy behaviors, and life skills
- Documentation

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
