Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Full-Time or Part-Time After School)

Kidsource Therapy is hiring pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to join our Benton clinic area team. We are currently seeking both a full-time SLP and a part-time, after-school SLP to support children and families in a collaborative, flexible, and family-centered environment.
Full-Time Position:
The full-time SLP will provide therapy services in the clinic, daycares, and community settings. A full caseload is available following a successful onboarding period, with dedicated time built into the schedule for documentation, planning, and travel. This role is ideal for therapists who enjoy variety in their day and want to grow within a supportive, therapist-led organization. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply and will receive mentorship and support throughout their CFY.
Part-Time After-School Position:
We are also hiring a part-time SLP to meet the needs of children who require therapy after school. Candidates must have availability at least three days per week from approximately 3:00–5:00 p.m. Therapy will take place primarily in the clinic, with possible community-based services.
Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in speech-language pathology and be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Arkansas.
