SUMMARY The ERP & MES Systems Specialist will provide operational support and optimization for the Yonyou U9 ERP system and Black Lake MES (Manufacturing Execution System) at the Jiujiang manufacturing facility. This role ensures seamless integration between business and manufacturing systems, partners with production and support teams, and collaborates with global IT to drive system reliability, implement enhancements, and support manufacturing excellence. This position is critical to ensure smooth operations between our business planning systems (U9 ERP) and shop floor execution (Black Lake MES). You'll be the bridge between IT and Manufacturing, ensuring data flows seamlessly from customer order through production execution to delivery. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ERP System Support (Yonyou U9) Provide day-to-day operational support for Yonyou U9 ERP system Support key modules including Plant Maintenance, Procurement, Warehousing, Inventory, Finance, and Production Planning Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support Monitor system performance and data integrity Manage user access, security roles, and permissions MES System Support (Black Lake) Administer and support Black Lake MES platform for production execution Support shop floor operations including work order management, quality control, material tracking, and production reporting Configure workflows, forms, and dashboards based on manufacturing requirements Troubleshoot MES issues and coordinate with Black Lake vendor support Train production teams on MES functionality and best practices System Integration & Data Management Ensure seamless data flow and integration between U9 ERP and Black Lake MES Monitor integration points for production orders, inventory movements, quality data, and production reporting Troubleshoot data synchronization issues between systems Support API connections and data interfaces Maintain data accuracy across both platforms Business Process & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and Warehousing teams to understand requirements Translate business needs into system configurations and solutions Design, test, and implement system enhancements following best practices Document system configurations, processes, workflows, and procedures Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization Training & User Support Provide training and ongoing support to key users across manufacturing and support functions Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and SOPs Support change management for system updates and new implementations Act as first point of contact for system issues and user questions Project Coordination & Collaboration Participate in IT projects including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements Collaborate with global IT teams on standardization initiatives and best practices Coordinate with vendors (Yonyou, Black Lake) for technical support and system updates Support new site integrations and system rollouts QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 5 years of experience operating ERP Systems and Plant Maintenance Modules or other similar systems is required in a manufacturing environment Strong Project leadership/management experience Experience in implementing new processes and trends in the organization Must have previous experience with either YonYou or Kingdee ERP Experience with Salesforce, WorkFront and MS SQL is a plus Basic understanding in Cisco network equipment, like router and switch.
