Seeking Experienced Part Time (with option to move to full time) clinician for our Amesbury location (with option to add days in our Rowley location)
Where evidence-based OT meets movement, mentorship, and meaningful outcomes
Are you a pediatric OT with a year or more of experience, looking to deepen your clinical skills in a setting that blends evidence-based practice with high-energy movement and play?
At KidSHINE, we combine evidence-based pediatric OT with dynamic movement, high-intensity exercise, and play to help kids build confidence, self-regulation, and strength from the inside out. We’re a therapist-owned clinic where mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth are built into the culture—and where you can continue growing your skills in a fun, dynamic, and supportive environment.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Mentorship & Collaboration: You’ll be surrounded by experienced clinicians who share ideas, offer guidance, and support you every step of the way.
- Time to Do It Well: We build in documentation time and keep caseloads realistic so you can focus on quality care.
- Therapy That Moves: Our sessions incorporate play, obstacle courses, and our EXERSHINEkids POWER Bootcamp—a high-intensity, movement-based program designed to meet sensory and self-regulation goals.
- Supportive Team Culture: We’re OTs too. We value connection, communication, and clinical curiosity. Your voice and your ideas matter here.
- Room to Grow: We’re expanding, which means opportunities for leadership, specialization, or teaching are available as your role evolves.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver dynamic, individualized OT sessions using a neurodiversity-affirming, strength-based approach.
- Lead or support movement-based groups like our EXERSHINEkids Bootcamp and themed programs.
- Collaborate with a close-knit team of OTs and support staff.
- Partner with families to keep goals meaningful and progress visible.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
- Have at least 3 years of pediatric OT experience and want to deepen your expertise.
- Are interested in integrating movement, exercise, and play into your therapy approach.
- Value mentorship, collaboration, and continued learning.
- Have experience with (or curiosity about) sensory integration, trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and child development.
- Hold an active MA OT license (NH license is a plus).
Benefits:
- Competitive pay
- Medical, dental, vision, disability & life insurance (full-time)
- PTO & holidays you’re encouraged to actually take
- Retirement plan
- CEU and professional development support
- Growth opportunities as we continue to expand
