Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Verify insurance information and assist with basic billing inquiries
- Collect payments and provide receipts
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Support daily front desk operations and coordinate with the clinical team
Requirements:
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Dental or orthodontic experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling software
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
