Lead Operations at Our Growing Pediatric & Orthodontic Practice!
Are you a systems-driven leader who excels at creating organized, efficient workflows? KidShine Dental Group is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure seamless patient experiences across our pediatric and orthodontic services.
What You'll Do:
- Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and patient flow
- Oversee insurance verification and pre-authorization processes
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions
- Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures
- Lead and develop front office staff with clear accountability systems
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Director to optimize billing workflows
- Ensure accurate patient contracts and financial conversations
(responsibilities subject to change based on the needs of the practices)
What We're Looking For:
- 2 years of dental office management experience (pediatric/ortho preferred)
- CareStack experience strongly preferred
- Proven leadership skills with team development experience
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with patients, staff, and leadership
