KidSense Therapy Group is seeking a passionate and collaborative Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team!

What You’ll Do
• Provide individualized occupational therapy services to pediatric clients
• Address fine motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, mental health clinicians, educators)
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on evaluation findings
• Communicate effectively with families and caregivers to support carryover at home
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
What We’re Looking For
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in Connecticut
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics
• Knowledge of sensory integration, executive functioning, and developmental milestones
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, but not required
