KidSense Therapy Group is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive through individualized, evidence-based care. Position OverviewThe Occupational Therapist (OT) will evaluate and provide therapeutic intervention to pediatric clients with a variety of developmental, sensory, motor, social-emotional, and executive functioning needs. The ideal candidate is passionate about child development, family-centered care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for pediatric clients
- Address fine motor, visual motor, sensory processing, self-regulation, executive functioning, ADLs, feeding, and social participation skills
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and insurance standards
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities
- Educate parents and caregivers on home strategies and carryover techniques
- Support a positive, engaging, and child-centered therapy environment
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- NBCOT certification
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Experience in pediatrics, school-based services, outpatient clinics, or early intervention
- Experience with sensory integration, executive functioning, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, or feeding therapy
