We’re looking for a passionate Kindergarten Teacher who creates a warm, engaging classroom where young learners build strong academic and social foundations. This role blends structured learning with creativity, helping students grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence.
Pay Range: $47,000 – $50,000 annually
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
- Support student growth in literacy, math, and social-emotional development
- Foster a structured, positive classroom environment that encourages independence and a love of learning
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction to meet individual needs
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student development and classroom activities
- Prepare students for ongoing academic success, including foundational readiness skills
- Collaborate with school leadership and team members to support overall program goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of classroom experience with young children preferred
- Demonstrated ability to effectively instruct and engage early learners
- Strong understanding of early childhood education and literacy development
- Must meet all background screening requirements

What We Need from You:
Education, Experience, and Training Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
- A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
