Job description:
Location: littleborough – Hopkinton, MA
Reports to: Center Director

Whether you love supporting first steps and language development, fostering imaginative play, or preparing children for kindergarten, we have a place for you!
Responsibilitiies:
- Create a warm, caring, and engaging classroom environment
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
- Support children’s daily routines
- Encourage positive social-emotional development and learning through play
- Maintain strong communication with families and collaborate with teachers
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and program policies
Qualifications:
- EEC Certification I/T, P (preferred)
- Prior experience working with young children in a licensed early childhood setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for early education
- Available position: Monday through Friday, year-round, between the hours of: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Additional Expectations:
- Maintain current CPR and First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Attend ongoing training to stay current with best practices in early childhood education
- Support the center’s philosophy of inclusive, respectful, and child-centered care
- Participate in special events, family engagement activities, and community involvement as scheduled
Salary : $22 - $24
