What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Monitor for Family Child care system-Kids Unlimited position at Kids Unlimited Services, Inc.?
8:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday
Job Responsibilities
- Updating and maintaining client/provider files
- Monitoring family child care homes, providing support to childcare providers
- Filing, mailing, and emailing notices to providers
- Review menus for CACFP Providers
- Data Entry
- Stay up to date on CACFP regulations and policies
- Stay up to date on EEC policies and regulations
Qualifications
Must Have
- EEC Lead Teacher Qualification required https://www.mass.gov/info-details/eligibility-for-eec-lead-teacher-level-certifications
- Interpersonal Skills
- Fast Learner
- Must have computer knowledge, specifically data entry. Familiarity with Quickbooks, Microsoft Programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and Google Apps (Google Docs, GoogleCalendar, Google Drive, Google Forms, etc.) is preferred
- Dependable/Reliable
- Effective Communication skills via email and phone.
- Reliable vehicle
- Must pass CORI/SORI/FingerprintingClean driving record
- Clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
